Managing the tenants 

All of our tenants are working professionals. We complete thorough background checks to ensure quality tenants for your property. 
 
We charge a set fee per tenant and find a replacement free of charge if a tenant leaves within the initial six month term. We also carry out regular inspections of the property to ensure it is being looked after. You can have complete confidence that your property is in safe hands. 

Managing the property 

As well as carrying out regular inspections, we also ensure that your property is completely compliant with all legislation.  
 
We have built a network of reliable contractors and suppliers who can resolve maintenance issues and ensure the properties are kept to a high standard.

Transparent pricing 

We work on set fees. There are no hidden extras and no advertising or marketing costs. 
 
Our standard management fee is 10% of rent collected. We also charge a fully inclusive set fee of £250 for finding tenants, which includes marketing photos, online portals, referencing, inventory, deposit protection, checkin and welcome pack (it even includes a mattress protector!). 

Communication 

We understand that you’ll want to be kept in the loop about what’s going on with your property. 
 
You’ll receive a monthly report on each property letting you know of any issues; but we'll also keep in regular contact should there be anything urgent you need to be aware of throughout the month.
